Is it possible to send from mainnet to erc20 adress(indirectly)?

Hello

Is it possible to send from mainnet address to erc20 adress? Maybee trough a wallet/exchange that supports both adress types?

For example Exchange A is mainnet type, i send it to Wallet B and this allows both types, then i send it to Exchange B that only allows ERC20 Type.

You will lose your coins if you do this now. QuarkChain and Ethereum are different blockchains, there is no bridge between them.
